Training to Get in Shape

Join the Madison Mileage Club
  • When: Mon - Fri @ 4:00pm
  • Where: Memorial HS - Art/Business Hallway
  • Why: to get in shape
  • Who: Anyone that wants to get in shape (Female or Male)
  • What: 2 - 7 miles of running (you choose) AND speed drills and lifting

All skill levels welcome. Come one or all five days a week. Dress to run outside.
Your competition is doing it, you might as well get caught up :)
